Coming out of lockdown a better person than when you started is the most we can hope for, given all other things have stood still. A great way to do this is to start cycling to work, if possible, as starting the day with physical activity can be a great way to keep your brain sharp. Not only will you become more productive at work, but you won’t feel sluggish when getting home on a dark Thursday night.

Create a to-do list

If your work is difficult to contain just to the 9-to-5 working hours, then this is your window of opportunity. Your commute can be a time to ensure that once your keys are in your door, you have no more work left that day. In fact, it can be a chance to create a plan of what needs to be done the next day, which means you can erase work from your mind once it’s written down.
