A SPECTACULARLY TRANSFORMED INDOOR AND OUTDOOR GARDEN SPACE
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills opened its new Pop-Up Cocktail Lounge in January of 2022, which remains in bloom for a three-month activation. The lobby level indoor and outdoor space will be transformed into a botanical garden with floral installations by Poppy Lavender, floral-inspired cocktails by Ketel One and Ketel One Botanicals, and fresh menu items from Executive Chef Mitch Austin.
Handcrafted cocktails include the Beverly Rose with Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose, watermelon, jalapeno, and lemon; the Basil Cali Bliss with Ketel One Vodka, butterfly flower tea, blackberries, lemon, and ginger beer; the Orange Grove with seedlip orange grove, orange, cinnamon, and spiced ginger ale; and more. A small bites menu by Executive Chef Mitch Austin will also be available with tempting dishes including marinated olives, truffle fries and sliders, vegetable crudites, hummus and flatbread, tuna tartare bites, beet-cured ora king salmon, and oysters.
“With immersive floral installations and expertly curated cocktails and small bites to match, the new Pop Up Cocktail Lounge will transport guests to a fresh botanical garden without ever needing to leave the city of Los Angeles,” says Michael Newcombe, General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
The Pop-Up Cocktail Lounge will be open weekly, Thursday-Saturday from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am and will be located on the lobby level of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
