More Chemicals & Preservatives in our Food – We definitely cannot avoid ever eating again, but, we must be more vigilant than ever before in having a daily diet that consist of preservative-free, chemical-free, healthy and natural food. In other words, eat food directly from nature. Otherwise, you are leaving your beauty up to chance if you fill your body with chemical & preservative laden foods that alters not only your DNA, but breaks down your cells, which leads to you fighting “old”. 3. Busier Lifestyle – We are all probably busier than ever. Just to be clear, this is not a bad thing at all. What is bad, however, are the habits that we form when we are super-busy. Do any of these sound familiar? 4-5 hours sleep every night, eating every meal on the go, neglecting your skincare routine? No need to tell on yourself. Just know that bad habits will NOT hide from your face. So, slow down just enough that you will not look older than you have to.
