Taking place on Sunday, August 12th from 2-8pm within LIC’s gorgeous event space, The Foundry, Secret Summer is the nation’s first and only ‘farm-to-bar’ cocktail festival. Using raw, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms to complement your favorite alcohols, this new event brings the same mentality to drinking as it does to more common farm-to-table food.
What can you expect when you enter The Foundry’s indoor/outdoor space? Obviously more drinks than you can imagine (Suntory Whisky Tori, Brugal, Bluepoint Brewing Company, Brockmans Premium Gin, Hangar 1 Vodka are all participating sponsors), food available for purchase from places like San Matteo Pizzeria, Wisefish Poke, Areppas, The Choripan and Van Leeuwen, to name a few, live music, flower crowns from Uprooted Flower Truck, temporary tattoos, Photo Booth fun, and so much more.
