Amanda Mactas, Food, Travel & Accessories Editor: Simplicity is key right now, since most people don’t have fancy cocktail ingredients at home. This bright, fun drink uses only two and tastes like summer!

Fiero Splash
3 parts Martini & Rossi Fiero
3 parts seltzer water of choice

Gently mix together, add some fruit for garnish, and enjoy! (You can also substitute tonic water for the seltzer if you enjoy a more bitter cocktail.)

Janene Mascarella, Beauty Director: I’m really missing my favorite margarita from a local restaurant I used to visit often. For now, I’m recreating this splashy, refreshing sip!
Strawberry Margarita
5 muddled strawberries
3 sliced limes
Freshly-squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 ounces silver (blanco), 100 percent agave tequila
1/4 cup Cointreau or Triple Sec (or any orange liqueur)
Lots of ice
Mason jar
Shake it all up together as long as you can to get it a little frothy. Find your most fabulous glass in the house or the perfect mason jar, sit on your patio or in your backyard and enjoy.

Jennifer DeCillis, Publisher: This is a light, refreshing and super-easy white wine spritzer.

White Wine Spritzer 🍓
Wine or cocktail glass
Flavored sparkling soda (I used Sparkling Yuzu Coconut Water)
Your choice of white wine (I like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
Fresh fruit (I prefer red berries)

Mix it up! Add fruit to the bottom of your glass and lightly muddle. Fill halfway with ice. Pour wine over ice and fruit. Top with sparkling soda. Garnish with extra fruit or mint and enjoy!

Vital Agibalow, Photographer:I’m enjoying doing product photography lately at my house. I worked with Kate Romanoff, who created this cocktail with the Absolut Juice Apple Edition, which is made with real fruit juice. The simple combo tastes great!

Splash of Orange juice

Put ice in a cocktail shaker.Add tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave nectar. Close and shake for a minute. Pour over more ice in a margarita glass. Enjoy!

Lynette Barbieri, Business Development Associate: I love this simple drink, especially by the fire. So relaxing and delish! You can put a little whipped cream on top if you are feeling dangerous.

Baileys and B & B (Brandy & Benedictine)
4 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 oz Brandy
Handful of ice cubes

Put it in a shaker and shake for a minute and enjoy! When its warmer outside I put it in a blender and blend it with ice, it’s delish!

Jonathan Calixto, Fashion and Lifestyle Correspondent:I love a good simple drink and this definitely does the trick for me. In case you can’t find ginger beer, no need to look to far, just replace the ingredient with ginger ale. Cheers.
