The happening began with an introduction by ONDA Founder Luca del Bono, sharing his mission to connect a global community of purpose driven and wellness minded people, followed by a speech by Carolyn Murphy. The afternoon proceeded with an engaging and motivating talk as well as a session of Dr. Levry’s NAAM YOGA®, which combines yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Guests gathered afterwards to enjoy light refreshments.
Dr. Joseph Michael Levry is a dedicated teacher, world renowned yogi, mystic, author, producer of sacred music, and international lecturer on the topics of self-healing, practical spirituality and self-actualization. Having extensive training as an engineer and in the esoteric arts and sciences, Dr. Levry has developed a unique, practical system of self-healing called NAAM®, which unites many spiritual doctrines of the East with Western mysticism, healing arts and yogic practices.
