Beloved Parisian tea room Ladurée, known for their exquisite macarons and French pastries, has partnered with Paris-based and world-renowned Michelin star chef Jean François Piège for the holidays. Inspired by the chef’s famous Blanc Manger dessert, the new and limited edition holiday collaboration will be available for purchase from December 22-25 at New York City and LA The Grove locations.

Of the collaboration, Piège says, “I’ve taken inspiration from Le Grand Restaurant’s signature dessert: the ‘Blanc Manger.’ Using the original recipe as a starting point, we toyed around with its flavors and worked on an airy texture, seeking to achieve the perfect blend of vanilla and caramel to create a Yule log and a macaron with those same wonderful aromas. We also whipped up a macaron and a cake inspired by a dessert I really love, one that combines the acidity of clementines, the softness of roses and the bite of saffron.”

The resulting collaboration includes the following:
Blanc – Manger Yule Log
Blanc Manger Macaron
Clementine-Saffron-Rose Macaron
The Cake by Jean François Piège
Other festive holiday treats are also available, including macaron gift boxes, an assortment of Yule log cakes, an advent calendar filled with sweet treats, and Ladurée’s signature king cake.
