Research Your Destination:

First and foremost, it is important to visit the location prior to the event to curate the most exclusive venues and resorts, the utmost sumptuous dining options and finally, activities where guests can truly immerse themselves into the culture of their destination.

Invite Your Guests:

Whether you live in the city or not, sometimes it seems impossible to reign in on the chaos and find some “me time,” let alone take a vacation. As such, Brett advises to send a save-the-date approximately six months ahead of time and your invitations three months in advance. Finally, make sure to add some flair to your invitation and make it as enticing and compelling as the event itself. It is the first clue as to what is to come.

Research Your Guests:

Before the event, Brett and her team send along a personalized questionnaire to each guest to make the experience tailored to their preferences.

Are they happy to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, or do they want to zip line and water ski? Do they hope to repose by a pool and get some pampering time at their resort’s spa, or are they more into hiking and taking cooking classes to learn about the local cuisine? These are just some of the few insights Brett and her team hope to learn about the guests beforehand. 

Send an Itinerary:

As the date of the event approaches (about two weeks prior), Brett’s team advices to send out an itinerary so that all guests know what to expect and can pack accordingly.

Wow Your Guests:

Finally, and most importantly, Hollywood POP strives to make each and every event an unforgettable experience. As such, they strive to personalize everything down to the last detail. Not only is the guest’s itinerary personalized, but Hollywood POP adds bespoke details and small touches such as personalized pillow cases, snacks in the room, personalized candles, and trending items based on the guest’s exclusive location.
