For anyone who loves a great bowl of pasta, Aunt Jake’s is serving up one better—the opportunity to customize your own fresh, homemade pasta dish down to the shape and sauce, all made in-house daily. Along with this unique concept, there are pasta specials, salads, appetizers, non-pasta entrees, and daily specials to choose from.

Located in a two-story townhouse in Greenwich Village, Aunt Jake’s opened in September and is the second location for Chef Carmine Di Giovanni and Nick Boccio, the masterminds behind The Project Group. With its laid-back and welcoming vibe, the neighborhood eatery offers foodies a chance to see first-hand pasta being made right behind the beautiful parquet butcher-block. (Bonus: Their Gluten-free rigatoni with broken meatballs did not disappoint!)
