O.D.B “Old Dirty Bramble”

3 muddled blackberries
2oz. Milagro Reposado
½ oz. honey
¾ oz. lemon
Dash of ginger juice

Combine ingredients in rocks glass. Garnish with skewered blackberry.

Lost in Polanco 

Rocks glass
1½ oz. jalapeno-infused Maestro Dobel
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. lime juice
1 oz. blood orange puree

Shake on the rocks. Garnish with orange slice.

 Hibiscus Frozen Margarita 

1½ oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. lime juice
½oz. lemon juice
½ oz. agave syrup
2 dashes hibiscus tincture (made with dried hibiscus flowers and Casamigos Blanco)

 Blend, then garnish with a lime wedge.

Persea Martini 

1 tbsp. avocado
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
1½ oz. Baron Silver Tequila
Fresh black pepper

Add all ingredients in order into a shaker on the rocks. Shake vigorously until the avocado liquefies. Pour mix into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh black pepper.

 Yellow Tail 

1½ oz. Pisco 100
¾ oz. lime juice
¾ tbsp. sugar
1 oz. passion fruit juice

Muddle basil and jalapeño in shaker. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain contents on the rocks and garnish with jalapeño and a basil leaf.
