Brought to us by the masterminds behind TAO, it’s no surprise that VANDAL comes to New York City with a bang. The huge, bi-level space has multiple rooms, including the very summery garden room, which is adorned with plenty of greenery, exposed brick, strung lights, and two garage doors that open up into the sunlight. The unique space is also covered in mod graffiti, further emphasizing it as a place to be seen. The menu is comprised of mostly small plates, all of which are meant to be shared family-style. It’s inspired by street food traditions from around the globe, giving customers a wide array of flavors from which to choose. This bustling spot will definitely be a revolving door all summer long for those who want to try something different and knock back a few cocktails in the process.
