Country music powerhouse Josh Gracin finally released his highly anticipated new song, Lucky Stars. The new song, written by Terry McBride, Aaron Goodvin and Skip Black, tells the universal story of being grateful for every twist and turn that led you to become the person you are today.
“As soon as I heard ‘Lucky Stars’ I knew I needed to record it. I connected so strongly with the story being told. It applies in every way to the life I have now. Sometimes we just need to be stripped down to our foundation to realize our purpose, our place in life and exactly who we are meant to be,” said Gracin.
Lucky Stars follows his critically acclaimed recent releases Good For You and Nothin Like Us. His music has resonated strongly with listeners across the country accumulating over 45.7 million streams on Spotify.
Fans fell in love with the Michigan native and former Marine back in 2004, upon his ascension onto the Country charts with his hit song I Want to Live. The hits came in short order for Gracin, with other Billboard chart-toppers like Nothin to Lose, Stay with Me (Brass Bed), and We Weren’t Crazy. As it does when an artist tastes success, the road beckoned and Gracin traveled throughout Seattle, Green Bay, Austin, and Bangor. The new star quickly found himself thrusted into the national spotlight. With millions of streams across several platforms, many fans wonder how a boy from the Midwest found himself singing country music.
“I heard country music for the first time at the age of 13! Garth Brooks introduced country to me in a big way,” said Gracin.
The country music family has been very good to Gracin, in addition to the digital service providers that overdelivered on his last digital release, Nothin Like Us. This digital self-release made a splash on all streaming services, with over 20 million streams across all platforms and 18 million plus on Spotify alone.
Now, with his newest single Lucky Stars, available now, Gracin is ready to head back on tour and give his fans a chance to hear him live. The tour kicks off June 24th in Lehi, Utah, with several other dates across the country.
