Omar, who was appointed in Spain as the gastronomic ambassador of the Dominican Republic, prepared an interesting mix of yautía with lobster, which left guests very impressed with his culinary creativity.

The tourism official announced that the event will soon be hosted in New Jersey and then in several other US states. “I’m super happy to be here and also in New York which is a great Dominican force. This is one of the main areas where the Dominican atmosphere reigns and therefore enables us to sustain the success of these events,” Omar said.

Omar added, “Many things like this mangú with lobster, a typical dish of Nagua and this cup of oatmeal with chocolate -a dessert that cannot be described, but has to be tasted-, “said the master chef.

On Dominican Tourism, Echavarria said: “The Dominican Republic is more than beaches, sun and sand, and we have the responsibility of showing the world what we have, including our food.”

Along with Magaly Toribio, Echavarria supports all initiatives that allow everyone to know that the Dominican Republic, “is the country that has it all. “

Morales said, ” I was impressed by the amount of reservations people were making to eat Dominican meals and taste the magical flavors of Omar. I think this is an ideal time for Dominicans, we can tell the world that we also have a great cuisine!”
