Current (Snack) Obsession

Health nut are ya? Chances are you’ve seen these on the store shelves already and if you haven’t tried them, you’re in for a treat. A rather healthy treat. KIND’s Nuts & Spices line have clearly raised the bar. My problem with a lot of health and fitness bars out there is that they are all just too sweet–kind of like a glorified candy bar. But these wholesome bars feature all natural protein, fiber and only 5g of sugar (or less!)

I finally tried them a few weeks ago and basically, it was love at first bite.

Here’ the thing: they nixed the excess sugar and swapped it with sophisticated spices like Madagascar vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and sea salt. It’s an excellent snack to stash in your bag for those late-day munchies or whenever you need a pick-me-up. And another compelling reason to get KIND (besides the fact that they really taste great) is the fact that there’s no guilt-factor: They’re all-natural, gluten free, low glycemic, non GMO and low in sodium.

KIND proudly bills itself as a brand of all natural whole nut and fruit bars made from ingredients you can see and pronounce and it’s also a movement that gives new purpose to snacking.

Flavors: Cashew & Ginger Spice, Madagascar Vanilla Almond, (my favorite!), Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt (my second favorite!) and Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan.

Price: $1.99 per bar or $23.88 per case (12 bars)
