Sherry is known for her one-of-a-kind ice cream cake sandwiches made with layers of luscious cake sandwiching scratch-made ice cream. I tried them all and if I had to pick a favorite…well, let’s just say I would get the variety pack because they are all so good. And the packaging is just so very pretty.
