Last month, Delmonico’s introduced us to its newly appointed in-house historian, Kevin Draper. The highly sought after New York City historian has had a long career, serving as New York Historical Tours’ Co-Founder and CEO, and now he will provide guests a fun opportunity to learn about the restaurant’s long history. Available every third Tuesday of the month from 12:30-2:30pm, as well as for private dining event bookings, Kevin Draper can add a new level of learning and entertainment into your dining experience.
