Their second dinner (the first which was held at Tao Downtown early in August) took place at the Public Hotel and brought together some of New York’s most eligible bachelor and bachelorettes. The family-style dinner and cocktail portion before forced a sense of community on these otherwise strangers. I was sat next to a Real Estate Broker who was charismatic and a great photographer (I needed a new pic and the #views at Public – woah), but that’s where that interest ended…#singleforlife
Each Bumble Gives Back dinner will be paired with a different philanthropy on behalf of Bumble through the company’s #bumblegivesback initiative. Bumble was founded with equality in mind and works to empower women every day by putting them in control of the connections they make on the platform.
For the September dinner, Bumbler partnered with Dress For Success, an international not for profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
