Have you just had a baby and need practical support, advice on healing physically and emotionally and creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself post-pregnancy? may be your answer and was founded by Courtney Wyckoff , a former ballet dancer and mother-of-two. She has been through the difficult journey of getting back into shape after giving birth, along with battling postpartum depression and a divorce. came out of a vulnerable place for Courtney and started as a way of sharing her experience and  helping  women become a stronger and better self.

Their mission is to create a women’s movement with the goal of helping women heal their pelvic floor (their core muscle group), which is often weakened by pregnancy, childbirth, bad

posture, and everyday lifestyle challenges, including relationships, jobs, etc.

It is proven that once you heal and strengthen your pelvic floor (your physical core), you become a stronger and better self – physically and emotionally – a stronger self becomes a stronger friend, stronger co-worker, and overall stronger YOU.
