This Brooklyn-based organization was created to inspire and empower young girls in grades 3-8 through running. GirlForce Initiative from Jazzercise

Jazzercise, a high intensity dance workout that combines modern dance moves with strength training with a Flatiron location in NYC, has a new program targeted to young women ages 16-21 . Through its free GirlForce classes, which are a fun mix of dance choreography, kickboxing, and Pilates set to current music hits, provides girls with a safe environment to get fit, stay active, and gain the tools to make exercise a lifelong healthy habit. She Fights Foundation

This group was created so that women fighters had a community. Their Youth Boxing Program offers free boxing class to young girls (14-19) from low-income backgrounds.
