Hu Kitchen Launches Unbelievable Grain-Free Cookies

The grain-free snack company behind everyone’s favorite chocolate bars is introducing a new snack to its repertoire and it’s definitely something to write home about. Hu, which currently produces dark chocolate and grain-free crackers, launches its brand new line of grain-free, no sugar added cookies today, and lucky for us, we got to try them.

Now available on the website, Amazon, and coming to Sprouts stores in April, the new addictive cookies come in four tasty flavors, reminiscent of all your childhood favorites: chocolate chip, peanut butter, snickerdoodle and ginger snap.

Hu co-founder Jordan Brown says, “with the launch of Hu and our becoming gluten-free/grain-free fanatics, we knew we could one day bring back to life those cookies from our youth, but in a way that fit our adult eating habits. That day is finally here! You don’t have to make tradeoffs with these cookies, as there are no weird ingredients and no sacrifice to great taste.”

And unlike other brands that tout “real” ingredients or load their products with artificial sweeteners, Hu’s new cookies really walk the walk. You can eat an entire bag in one sitting (I did, whoops) and not feel bad about it — with ingredients like dates, eggs and whole cassava flour, there’s nothing to worry about. And even though Hu utilizes healthy ingredients, they sure didn’t sacrifice flavor. These new cookies are out of this world and we can’t wait to get our hands on more!
