New York (Yes!), San Francisco, Dallas, Miami and Chicago can look forward to events, masterclasses and promotion activities, serving the fancy Italian wine with delicious foods.

So, New Yorkers, save the date! Prosecco DOC is hosting a Prosecco & Pizza event at Roberta’s pizzeria in Brooklyn on June 16th. Drink the mouthwatering sparkler (straight or in cocktails!) and get a taste of Italian specialty pizzas all. night. long.
But it’s not all about the pleasure of drinking sparkling wine… the initiative serves an educational purpose, too. It teaches us how to recognize authentic Prosecco and spot the imitations. So not only do we get to sip on the real deal drinks, we also become prosecco aficionados while we’re at it. Fancy.
