While some of the best fashion showcases and VR installations extend their presence at Canal Street, there are a number of new pop-ups being premiered, including a debut exhibition by Transfer Gallery, an installation by Hovver, Floating Point, addressing political and social implications of borders, an exhibition by activist Natalie White and a not-for-profit artist support group, 8 Ball Community.

Osmunda, an experimental lab, is opening on October 11 and will host open events and installations to teach members of the public all about re-greening and environmental impacts across New York City.

This district of pop-ups aims to engage with the public at a busy location, between SoHo and TriBeCa and creatively re-imagine retail whilst improving awareness, knowledge and inspiration.

ON CANAL is open Tuesday – Saturday from 12pm – 7pm and late night Thursday’s until 9pm to see the lights and exhibitions in darkness.

You can find out more about the new programmes and details of the brands involved at: https://www.oncanal.nyc

We can’t wait to visit and see some new and exciting art and culture ventures.
