Refinery Hotel’s, The Hatbox, have welcomed two anticipated pop-ups in November and December, just in time for the holiday season. The Hatbox is a 700-sqaure-foot event spent located in Midtown, where the interior décor is related to the Refinery Hotel’s history as a former hat factory and tea-room.
One of the exciting new pop-ups at The Hatbox from November 2nd – 25th is Shop Sharply. Shop Sharply is a men’s lifestyle brand that describe themselves as being ideal for men on-the-go and are holding their first-ever New York City pop-up.
Sharply was founded in Seattle, Washington and the brand’s products include a range of fashion items from premium denim to statement belts. Sharply was created with the idea in mind of simplifying the shopping experience for men and they currently only have one store in Capitol Hill, Seattle so this exclusive pop-up is a rare opportunity for shoppers to explore the private label in person and get some unique holiday gift ideas.
From November 28 – January 2 a brand-new pop-up, Owners, is taking over The Hatbox. Owners is a curated pop-up which focuses on women-owned, sustainable and ethical fashion brands. The emerging brands which are featured at Owners are hand selected based on their aesthetic, values, quality and thoughtful production.
Over the past 20 years, the number of women-owned businesses has massively increased and Owners mission supports this growth, offering a unique opportunity for brands to showcase their products and to develop their exposure.
Owner’s was created by Deanna Ansara, founder of women’s fashion brand Vincetta. At Owners pop-up, shoppers will have the opportunity to discover some new and exclusive brands, such as, Combine De Filles, Machete and Ajaie Alaie whilst also purchasing some holiday gifts.
