Aside from being a gorgeous, eco-friendly hotel with, with lush greenery weaved throughout the space, and amazing views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline, it seems 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is now paving the way in the cocktail world. Launched on June 1st in partnership with RUFFINO Wine, the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge launched Froseccó, a cheeky and delicious answer to last year’s Frosé phenomenon. This $15 glass trend is available in two flavors, Froseccoó Fiore with hints of citrus and garnished with Lavender and Elderflower, and Froseccoó Frutta made with blackberries and peaches and is set to be a go-to frozen treat for the summer!

Birds of Paradise at Bar d’Eau
Located at The Dominick Hotel, Bar d’Eau is a stunning rooftop pool and terrace serving hotel guests and outsiders alike. The menu contains delicious craft cocktails and elevated takes of pool-side favorites. Their most delicious cocktail (in my opinion) is the Birds of Paradise consisting of volcan blanco tequila, watermelon, lime juice, basil leaves. Order a pitcher ($75) and share with some friends, and you’re in for an entertaining evening!

The Spicy Matcharita at Make Believe
A newcomer on the scene, Make Believe has made quite a splash since opening its doors a mere two months ago. Engrossing our Instagram feeds and inhabiting our wildest imagination, the self-proclaimed ‘social club’ gives guests the ability to escape the world below. The cocktails, inspired by the flavors of Japan, are as imaginative as the decor. The must-try cocktail is the Spicy Matcharita a Thai Chili-infused tequila, cucumber, fresh lime juice and a scoop of ceremonial grade matcha courtsey of Matcha Bar. That counts as healthy, right? Post-workout cocktails anyone?
