The Most Anticipated Events of This Year’s New York City Wine and Food Festival

The 12th annual New York City Wine and Food Festival is on the horizon — back and better than ever with a handful of new events spicing things up for this year’s iteration of the most anticipated food event of the year. While all of your favorite tried and true events will be coming back — Blue Moon Burger Bash, Grand Tastings, and Drag Brunch — there’s a whole slew of new events that our stomachs are growling in anticipation of.
Here’s the list of events, both new and old, that are not to be missed!

Thursday, October 10th 10pm-12am
Hudson Yards after hours is sure to get a little rowdy, and we can’t wait to stop in to the famed Spanish chef’s underground food market that debuted earlier this year. Unlimited tastes and sips of all of the many kiosks, bars and restaurants that comprise the market will be dishing out as much as you can handle, including tortilla española, patatas bravas, jamón iberico and more.
This new series is long overdue! Combining everyone’s love of food and drink with the burden that comes with it, exercise, there are numerous FIT&FEAST events held throughout the duration of the festival. Join hosts such as Robert Irvine, Michael Chernow and Hannah Bronfman as you sweat it out before indulging in some of the city’s best nibbles.
Saturday, October 12th 7pm-10pm
A new and improved version of last year’s Backyard BBQ, this year’s Titans of BBQ brings together the men of meat that we’ve all come to know and love. Dario Cecchini, Pat LaFrieda and Michael Symon will be dishing out all of the meats you can imagine, whether it’s smoked, grilled, or slow-cooked. Enjoy it alongside refreshments, and live music at Pier 97.
