Exercise regularly

Combined with a healthy diet, exercising is one of the best ways to tone up and get in shape. Going for a run or cycling to work every day are ideal for shedding those pounds and getting your body back in shape.

As well as doing cardiovascular exercise, like running or swimming, strength training is also a must. If you don’t use weights, as well as doing cardiovascular exercise, you won’t tone up properly and could be left with saggy skin.
