Celebrities, fashionistas and influencers flocked to Kohl’s MILLY for DesigNation launch event in New York on Wednesday evening. Style mavens including Zosia Mamet, Olivia Palermo, Chanel Iman, Hannah Davis and more stepped out to celebrate the launch of Kohl’s sixth DesignNation capsule collection with Michelle Smith, founder and designer of MILLY.

Olivia Palermo, arrived to the event in style, wearing the MILLY for DesigNation Floral Midi Scuba Skirt ($50). Palermo was heard raving about the collection, inspired by Smith’s recent trip to Capri, Italy, saying “these prints are so perfect for Spring”.
Chanel Iman and Hannah Davis, arrived to the celebration, incredibly excited to see each other after the post-Fashion Week break. Both ladies couldn’t get enough of the Kohl’s capsule collection, with Davis seen talking about how her MILLY for DesigNation Umbrella Midi Scuba Skirt ($50) added some much needed color to her spring wardrobe after a cold, dreary winter. Iman, wearing the MILLY for DesigNation Floral Midi Scuba Skirt ($50) and MILLY for DesigNation Slubbed Graphic Tee ($40), was overheard talking about the versatility of the collection.
Zosia Mamet, a longtime fan of the MILLY brand, was spotted showing off her Kohl’s Milly for DesigNation Striped Fit & Flare Dress ($84) to guests and chatting with Smith. The star – fresh off the Tribeca Film Festival circuit and her fourth season of Girls, Mamet was spotted saying how amazing it is to mix fashionable clothes and affordability.
Guests at the event, held at Isola Trattoria & Crudo Bar at the Mondrian Soho, enjoyed snacks and bites while dancing along to the beats of the New York City-based creative collective The Misshapes, composed of DJs Leigh Lezark, Geordon Nichol and Greg Krelenstein. Leigh was also dressed in the MILLY for DesigNation Sheath Scuba Dress ($68) and lauded DesigNation’s ability to make fashion accessible to women everywhere at Kohl’s.
